Gold Policy Summary

Cover applies in the European Union, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Iceland, Norway, the Slovak Republic and Switzerland.

They cover loss or damage to your car and its spare parts and accessories.

They also cover your obligation at law to compensate others following death, injury of any person, or damage to property arising from the use of your car.

Additionally, Eaglestardirect.co.uk Direct cover

• Up to £200 medical expenses for anyone injured in an accident in your car
• Personal belongings lost or damaged in your car, up to £150, providing they are concealed in a glove or
• luggage compartment and the car is locked when unattended
• Choice of repairer, offering manufacturer replacement parts
• Courtesy car when you use our repairer network
• £30 per day, up to a maximum of 30 days, should you be detained in hospital for more than a day after injury sustained in an accident involving your car
• Up to £100,000 to finance your legal fees and court costs to enable you to pursue uninsured losses (e.g. excess, hire car costs, loss of earnings)
• Breakdown cover for up to 30 minutes roadside assistance if your car breaks down, has a puncture, runs out of fuel or you lose your car keys, more than 1 mile from your home in the UK

Examples of what they do not cover are:

• The excesses applicable to the repair of your car
• Loss or damage resulting from deception, or loss by theft or attempted theft while the ignition keys are in or on your car.

Silver Policy Summary

Cover applies in the UK. They cover loss or damage to your car. They also cover your obligation at law to compensate others following death, injury of any person, or damage to property arising from the use of your car.
